Sponsor proposal template

Recommend one credible campaign and make the decision explicit.

A sponsor proposal should connect a real buyer objective to a defined audience moment, exact inventory, evidence, fee, and next step.

Keep disclosure and claims inside the scope

If the placement includes an endorsement or another material connection that the audience would not expect, plan a clear and conspicuous disclosure in the content itself. Do not promise a claim the creator cannot honestly make or the sponsor cannot substantiate. This template is operational guidance, not legal advice.

Make approval and evidence auditable

  • Identify who supplies and who approves copy and assets.
  • State the included revision count and deadline.
  • Define delivery evidence before the campaign runs.
  • Keep sponsor-provided outcomes labeled as sponsor-provided.
  • Separate measured facts from interpretation and recommendations.
